「ブルーラビット」の名前は、京都の高山寺に所蔵される「鳥獣戯画」に登場するウサギから着想を得ています。「鳥獣戯画」は12〜13世紀に描かれた世界最古の漫画とされ、日本人に愛され続けてきた作品です。ウサギは迷いなく前進する姿から進歩の象徴とされ、賢さや献身のシンボルでもあります。青白い満月の下で餅つくウサギの姿は、私たちの目標とする高貴で唯一無二の存在でありながら、人々に親しまれるブランド精神を反映しています。

東京・田園調布で、スコットランド人が丁寧にスピリッツを製造している「Blue Rabbit Distillery」。最新のオランダ製蒸留機を使いながらも製造からボトリング、ラベリング、パッケージングまで全て手作業で行い、一つひとつに愛情を込めています。日本や英国、ヨーロッパから厳選した高品質な原材料を使い、独自のレシピで調合。特別な木製キャップで新鮮さを保ち、クラフトマンの誇りを体現した飲み物を提供しています。一口ごとに、こだわり抜いたフレーバーをお楽しみ下さい。

限定品 輝（KAGAYAKI）ジン🥂✨🐎 光、躍動、そして静かな強さを表現した一本。 2026年は「午年」。 馬はエネルギー、自由、優雅さ、そして炎を象徴します。 このジンは、その精神をボタニカルで表現しました。 エネルギー：山椒、生姜 自由：柚子皮、紫蘇 優雅さ：桜木、梅の花 炎：糸唐辛子 香り立ちは、やわらかな柚子と梅。 口に含むと、ジュニパーを軸に、明るい柑橘、紫蘇の清涼感が広がり、生姜・山椒・唐辛子の穏やかな温もりが重なります。 そして最後は、桜木とカモミールによる静かで上品な余韻へと落ち着いていきます。 Limited Edition Kagayaki Gin An expression of light, movement and quiet strength. 2026 will be the Year of the Horse. Horses symbolise energy, freedom, elegance and fire. I created a gin to reflect those elements in the botanicals used: Energy → Sansho pepper, ginger Freedom → Yuzu peel and shiso Elegance → Sakura wood and ume blossom, Fire → Chili threads (Ito Tōgarashi) Soft yuzu and ume open on the nose, followed by a juniper-forward palate lifted with bright citrus, shiso, and a gentle warmth of ginger, sansho, and tōgarashi, before settling into a calm, elegant finish of sakura wood and chamomile.
