Blue Tonic
INGREDIENTS
50ml Blue Rabbit Premium Blue Gin
Top with Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic

INGREDIENTS
50ml Blue Rabbit Gin, 50ml grapefruit juice, 25ml homemade honey and rosemary syrup, 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
PREPARATION
Wet the rim of the glass with grapefruit juice and dip into a mix of salt and brown sugar. Place gin, grapefruit juice, syrup and bitters into cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into glass filled with crushed ice.

INGREDIENTS
50ml Blue Rabbit Gin, 100ml Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic
PREPARATION
Pour the gin into a Collins glass filled with ice. Top up with the tonic and garnish with a thin slice of fresh orange peel.

Apple Gin & Tonic
INGREDIENTS
40ml Blue Rabbit Gin, 20ml Drambuie, few drops lemon juice, sprig of mint, 30ml ginger-infused apple juice, 40ml Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic
PREPARATION
Stir the gin, Drambuie and apple juice together with some ice. Add the lemon juice and stir again. Strain into an ice-filled glass. Top up with tonic. Garnish with a sprig of mint.

Highland Tonic
INGREDIENTS
60ml Blue Rabbit Gin, 30ml fresh pressed apple juice, 20ml freshly squeezed lemon juice, 15ml homemade sage syrup, 60ml Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic
PREPARATION
Place some ice into a cocktail shaker and add the gin, lemon juice and sage syrup. Strain the mixture over a large ice cube in a short, stemless glass. Top up with the tonic water. Garnish with a small edible flower.

Festive Gin
INGREDIENTS
30ml Blue Rabbit Gin, half an orange, 1tsp lemon juice, sprig of mint, few drops of Angostura Bitters, 10ml simple syrup, 20ml Vermouth, soda water
PREPARATION
Place the mint and Angostura Bitters in a cocktail shaker or glass and crush to release the mint. Place some ice cubes in a small glass and strain the juice over the ice cubes. Add the syrup and top u with soda water. Stir well and add a twist of orange or a long orange rind and a sprig of fresh mint

Apple Cider Mule
INGREDIENTS
60ml Blue Rabbit Yuzu-infused Vodka, 30ml Apple cider, tsp fresh lime juice, 120ml ginger beer, couple of slices of dehydrated apple, cinnamon stick

PREPARATION
Pour the vodka, cider, lemon juice and ground cinnamon into a large tumbler. Stir and fill with crushed ice. Top up with ginger beer. Garnish with the apple slices, sprinkle with cinnamon powder and add the cinnamon stick.

Creamy Momo
INGREDIENTS
45ml Blue Rabbit Vodka, 1tsp peach schnapps, 1 tsp fresh lemon juice, 30ml fresh peach juice or nectar, slice of peach.

PREPARATION
Place some ice in a cocktail shaker. Pour the vodka, schnapps, lemon juice and peach juice into a cocktail shaker. Shake for 10 seconds and then strain into a Martini glass. Garnish with a slice of peach.

INGREDIENTS
45ml Blue Rabbit Premium Blue Gin, 10ml Blue Curacao, ginger ale
PREPARATION
Combine gin and Blue Curacao in a martini glass. Top up with the ginger ale.

Ginger Rabbit Mojito
INGREDIENTS
60ml Blue Rabbit Spiced Rum, 45ml fresh lime juice, 1 tbsp ginger-infused simple syrup, ginger beer, 8 mint leaves
PREPARATION
Prepare a chilled collins glass. Gently muddle the mint leaves, juice and simple syrup in the glass. Add ice cubes and pour over the rum. Gently stir. Top up with ginger beer. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and small pieces of crystallized ginger.

The Daiquiri
INGREDIENTS
60ml Blue Rabbit Spiced Rum, 30ml fresh lime juice, 1 tbsp simple syrup
PREPARATION
Pour the rum into a cocktail shaker. Pour in the fresh lime juice. Add the simple syrup and fill with ice cubes. Shake hard for 15 seconds and strain into a cocktail glass

Coconut Pineapple Mai Tai
INGREDIENTS
60ml Blue Rabbit Spiced Rum, 1 tbsp Amaretto, 20ml coconut milk, 1 tbsp lime juice, 1 tbsp pineapple juice, 1 tbsp orange liqueur, 2 Maraschino cherries, 2 pineapple chunks
PREPARATION
Pour the rum, liqueur, juices, coconut milk and syrup into a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake for 10 seconds. Strain into a large bowl glass filled with ice. Garnish with the chunks of pineapple and Maraschino cherries

Fizzy Rabbit
INGREDIENTS
60ml Blue Rabbit Spiced Rum, 30ml fresh lime juice, 30ml fresh orange juice 120ml soda, 1 tbsp Maraschino liqueur, dash of lemon bitters
PREPARATION
Pour the rum, liqueur, bitters and juices into a cocktail shaker. Add some ice and shake for 10 seconds. Strain into an ice-filled collins glass. Top up with soda and top with fresh fruit
